A Cut Above Restaurant

One of the best things about a visit to The Resort on Mount Charleston in Las Vegas is the dining. In our restaurant, A Cut Above, our chef is always cooking up something new and interesting to enhance our restaurant’s menu of steaks, chicken, and delicious appetizers.

Almost as good as the food is the view of the surrounding mountains from a table near the windows. A Cut Above restaurant is open from 7 a.m. until 8 p.m. on Sunday through Thursday, and until 10 p.m. on Friday and Saturday. View Menu

We also offer gourmet boxed picnic lunches so you can take great food from A Cut Above with you on your outdoor adventure.

The Bistro

The Bistro features fresh coffee or endulge in a latte, cappuccino, espresso or hot chocolate. The Bistro has been recently expanded to include a gift shop where you can pick up both souvenirs and necessities.

Bar & Lounge

When you just want to relax and enjoy a drink, the roomy bar and lounge area at The Resort on Mount Charleston features comfortable chairs and a full bar flanked by large flat-screen TVs.

Stop in to catch sports on TV, try your luck on our slots or even enjoy a game of pool.
